Custom & Made-to-Size Orders

  • Please note that custom pieces and made-to-size pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Change of mind returns or exchanges are not accepted on any items due to their handmade nature. Please take care to read the product description and choose your sizing carefully before purchasing.

Ring Sizing

If you purchase a ring that does not fit, I offer a store credit upon return that you may use on another item. Please choose your size carefully and reach out via Instagram DMs if you would like any help with finding your size. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return or Exchange Conditions

If your jewellery is eligible for return or exchange, the following conditions apply:

  1. Jewellery must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Jewellery must be unworn and undamaged.

  3. All original packaging must be included (mailing box, tags, cards, pouch, and any additional packaging). Please retain all packaging until you are certain of your purchase.
